The objective of the research was to determine the incidences of Internal Control (IC) regarding the effectiveness in the administrative management of the Logistics Sub-Management of MP Abancay in the period 2019. The research carried out was of a qualitative, basic, descriptive approach. The inductive-deductive method was used; from the basic knowledge of the effectiveness of public management, Internal Control, identification of its most relevant elements in its implementation process in municipal management. Likewise, the analytical-synthetic method was applied; in the different phases of the investigation.
