The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of the culture of entrepreneurship in the innovation of the merchants of the Chiclayo 2022 Model market, the type of research was applied, with a quantitative research approach and with a non-experimental cross-sectional research design. and correlational. The sample consisted of 172 merchants from the Modelo de Chiclayo market. For the collection of information, the questionnaire for the culture of entrepreneurship with reliability 0.957 and the questionnaire for Innovation with reliability 0.981 were used. The information was processed in the SPSS Ver 26 software. As a result, the entrepreneurial culture has a very high incidence on innovation with a correlation coefficient of 0.792. It was determined that the regulatory framework moderately affects innovation with a correlation of 0.541, the referential framework has a very high incidence in innovation with a correlation of 0.804, the conceptual framework highly affects innovation with a correlation of 0.824, the theoretical framework also has a moderate incidence in innovation with a correlation of 0.452 and the philosophical framework affects moderately in innovation with a correlation of 0.593 in entrepreneurship all at 1\% significance.
