This article seeks to analyze different dogmatic positions considered in the Armed Forces to maintain military discipline, obedience and subordination in military personnel, there are doctrinal concepts that indicate that for the exercise of their functions, military and police personnel apply special subjection clauses. intensified, the same ones that are a kind of justification for the suspension of certain constitutional rights by their own decision, since they have voluntarily decided to join the ranks of the armed and police institutions.
