The research focuses on the conceptualization and application of inclusive education, highlighting its importance for students. As a methodology, a systematic review of 22 articles was conducted. It analyzed how inclusive education addresses diversity in students’ learning. It focuses on the role of the teacher and the benefits of this approach in the learning process. The results emphasize the need to create a conducive environment and pedagogical strategies that consider students’ prior knowledge and contextual problem-solving. The research contributes to improving the understanding of inclusive education and its impact on students’ quality of life, benefiting both teachers and society at large. In summary, inclusive education is established as a human right that seeks to eliminate exclusion and promote quality, equity, and fairness in education, addressing diversity in the classroom through student participation and respect for their differences, leading to improved learning outcomes and the quality of life for all involved.
