Budgets for Results (PpR), a set of actions have a structured and strategic sequence to expedite allocation of the necessary resources and favor the conditions of the resident. Objective of this research was to conduct a review of the literature published in the period 2018-2023 on Budgeting for health results in Peru. Methodology used was systematic review of scientific literature related to the Budget for health results in Peru in databases Scopus, Web of Sciences, Scielo and Latindex. Prisma guide was applied for selection of studies and Strobe to evaluate the editorial and methodological quality. At initial search, 1,230 scientific articles were identified, of which 450 were screened that included the variable Budget for health outcomes in the title or abstract. Based on application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 scientific publications were meta-analyzed. 1,230 scientific articles were identified, of which 450 were screened that included the variable budget for health outcomes in the title or abstract. The final sample analyzed was 12 scientific publications. Majority of the studies (91.67%) were published between the years 2018-2020, published mainly in Peru (83.33%), Argentina (8.33%) and Ecuador (8.33%). Majority of the studies (75%) were developed in Health Services, in Local Governments (8.33%), Maternal Neonatal Health (8.33%) and Health Networks (8.33%).
