A health benefit or service is called action or set of actions, provided by health providers, leading to improving the health status of an individual or community. Term health provision or service is usually equated with health technology. The objective of this research was to conduct a review of the literature published in the period 2018-2023 on the Provision of health services in Peru. Methodology used was systematic review of scientific literature related to the provision of health services in Peru in the Scopus, Web of Sciences and Scielo databases. Prisma guide was applied for the selection of studies and Strobe to evaluate editorial and methodological quality. At initial search, 990 scientific articles were identified, of which 378 were screened included the variable Provision of health services in Peru in title or abstract. Based on application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 scientific publications were meta-analyzed. Majority of studies (75%) were published between the years 2019-2020, published mainly in Peru (75%), USA (16.67%) and only 8.33% were published in Cuba.
