The article that we will develop below had as its objective analysis of the implication of organizational behavior of the public sector in educational field, later COSPE, which was developed under the methodology of review of 30 scientific articles located in Scopus database. , Scielo, Web of Science, ProQuest, Redalyc and Google Scholar taking into account articles published in the last 6 years.Within the framework of the modernization of public management, educational institutions guide their internal organizational capacity seeking achievements in student learning under the direction of a leader who manages with efficiency and autonomy. Human resources and especially their individual and group behavior is an important component within any organization that seeks to achieve the proposed objectives. In conclusion, it is determined that it is necessary to consider knowledge of the aspects of COSPE, especially in educational institutions, as a tool that allows them to develop strategies to achieve an internal social balance that favors achieving the established institutional goals.
