The purpose of this research was to characterize how transformational leadership is found in the teamwork of nursing staff in a hospital in Vitarte Lima East 2023, qualitative approach, under the technique of analytical summary, as an instrument the documentary review, selected at the discretion of the researcher articles referring to transformational leadership most cited, during 2023, analyzed with the software tool Atlas ti. The conclusion was the analytical summary did not lead to the conclusion that the Leadership does not distinguish the differentiation between client and patient is based on the economicist vision of health, this allows to rethink the work of leadership in the health sector, since the ultimate goal is the people or human beings, the work of the nurse gives continuity to this situation.
