The objective was to establish the extent to which Management Management influences the Quality of the Educational Service in an emblematic Educational Institution of the district of Ayacucho, province of Huamanga, Ayacucho region, in the year 2023. For this reason, a design study was carried out. experimental, basic type, with a quantitative approach at a correlational-causal level, applying the survey as a data collection technique and the ordinal scale questionnaire as an instrument, for its validity the verification of the instrument with Cronbach’s Alpha was used, obtaining for the first variable a result of 0.96 and the second variable 0.95. As a result, it is evident that the majority of parents of the public entity perceive that the Management Management has a high level with 49.5%, as well as 60.3% rate the Quality of the educational service at the level High. Concluding that the Management Management influences the Quality of the Educational Service in an emblematic Educational Institution of the district of Ayacucho, province of Huamanga, Ayacucho region, in the year 2023.
