The objective of this bibliographic review article was to analyze therapeutic justice as a parameter of resocialization in adolescent offenders under drug addiction. The methodology used was a narrative bibliographic review under the qualitative approach, the method of documentary analysis was used, based on the normative framework of comparative law and other documents such as books, articles and doctoral theses hosted in the databases of Scopus, Web of Science and Scielo. The results show the scope of therapeutic justice as an innovative parameter of resocialization in adolescent offenders under drug addiction, and describe the normative framework and national and international experiences that have been developed in the field, within the scope of Juvenile Criminal Justice. It is concluded that effective judicial protection allows judicial decisions to be effectively enforced. Therapeutic Justice seeks to humanize justice by providing adolescent offenders with drug use problems with interdisciplinary treatment for their recovery.
