The right acquired by workers is the result of numerous lawsuits against States and company owners. These actions have generated substantial benefits for the workers and constitute the focus of interest in this scientific work. For this reason, the general objective was to describe the complete and updated panorama of the rights acquired by State workers in Peru. To achieve this, a systematic review of research related to the rights of workers in a health entity was carried out, using the following databases as collection tools: The Reference, EBSCO, Web of Science, Scielo and SCOPUS. Information published in the period between 2019 and 2023 was considered. In relation to the instruments used, the importance of theoretical updating and validation is highlighted. Likewise, the need to develop and create new instruments to measure this phenomenon is emphasized. The importance of promoting additional research on workers’ rights in the field of health is emphasized.
