Organizations, to guarantee the institutional focus, plan, program and establish goals associated with management skills, the results of which develop an organizational climate stimulating work productivity, which is why the main objective of this article was to determine the incidence of management skills and organizational climate in the work productivity of the offices of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Offices, Tumbes 2023, whose work system is corporate in Case management. A quantitative, basic and non-experimental, descriptive and correlational-causal approach has been considered, applied in a non-probabilistic sample consisting of the survey to 54 workers of the investigation offices of the specialized prosecutors’ offices of the Fiscal District of Tumbes, using three (3) questionnaires validated by experts, which have established that, the independent variables (managerial skills and organizational climate) affect the dependent variable (labor productivity) by the Nagelkerke value, with 79.1% (0.791) of the variability of the model. To demonstrate the hypothesis, the relationship test was performed, obtaining a p-value of less than 0.05; confirming the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, which allows us to conclude the incidence of managerial skills and organizational climate on labor productivity in the offices of the specialized public prosecutors of the Tumbes public prosecutor’s district.
