The main objective was to summarize the work of the distance teacher during the COVID-19 pandemic and its implementations in the field of mental health. The debate focused on distance education, extolling the scientific research proposed so far on COVID-19 and its possible consequences for the health of teachers at different levels of training. During the COVID – 19 pandemics, teachers have negative consequences for physical and mental health such as feelings of fatigue, decreased physical health, fatigue at work, physical changes and confusion, sleep disorders, sore throat, tired voice, need to cough, increased appetite, loss of strength, irritation or dryness of the larynx, hoarseness, increased voice timbre, which must be addressed through direct research with these teachers, taking into account the effects of different stages of Islam and social distancing, levels of teacher training and productivity vary.
