The contributions of interdisciplinary dialogues between Peruvian literature and methodological positivism from the perspective of the right to individual freedom. A systematic review of articles published in scientific journals was used; The search was carried out in the Google Scholar Database. The main result indicated that methodological positivism, in its essence, embraced neutrality, remaining distant from subjective and evaluative judgments. Concluding that literature has served as a powerful vehicle to explore the ethical and moral dimensions of law.
