This article explores the relationship that exists between managerial skills in the management of educational institutions in Lima, which is crucial especially in these times of modernization and globalization. Management competencies such as organizational communication, participatory leadership, negotiation and conflict management, teamwork and decision making are essential to run an educational institution effectively. These skills allow educational managers to establish a clear vision, motivate staff, manage resources efficiently, and adapt to changes in the educational environment. On the other hand, the management of educational institutions involves the implementation of policies that promote a positive and productive learning environment. For the study, a survey was applied to 188 teachers. According to the Chi-square test, there is an influence of managerial competencies in the management of educational institutions of 123.50 and according to the Nagelkerke test, 57.6%.
