To establish the impact of Law 30068 on the legal prevention of femicide on judicial effectiveness in the Second Criminal Court, North Lima, 2025. Method: The study adopted a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, correlational-causal design. A structured questionnaire was administered to a census sample of 28 justice system personnel. The data were analyzed using ordinal logistic regression, and reliability was assessed with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Results: The findings showed that 64% of respondents consider the application of Law No. 30068 effective, and the Nagelkerke coefficient (.737) indicated a significant impact on judicial effectiveness. The dimensions of procedural efficiency, quality of decisions, and access to justice showed an association greater than 75%. Conclusions: The application of Law No. 30068 significantly impacts judicial effectiveness, improving procedural efficiency and the protection of victims. However, strengthening judicial training and the allocation of institutional resources are needed.
