The general objective of this work is to determine that it is unenforceable to justify misogyny in crimes of femicide, since the crime of femicide is not committed solely out of hatred, contempt, animosity, rejection or contempt towards women, quite the contrary. During the course of the life of a human being, either as another citizen or in the exercise of their functions, they can be clear witnesses when seeing or hearing in the local, national and international news, how the one who loves a woman can get to victimize her, for having broken a gender stereotype.
