The objective of research was analytical review of scientific articles related to right to legal, political and humanitarian protection Venezuelan migrants in Peru should receive. People who were forced to leave their country due to extreme social, political and economic crisis; In this context, the countries that hosted them did not structure policies and norms in accordance with their serious situation of vulnerability, rather, they adopted policies and norms that aggravated their situation and contrary to their migratory condition and extreme poverty. Present investigation aims to make contributions of a legal and political nature, which tend to protect Venezuelan migrants, in accordance with their fundamental rights, using inductive method, with a qualitative perspective, basic type and a cross-sectional non-experimental design of systematic review of national and international literature. Regarding the results, publications of scientific articles indexed in databases such as Scopus, Wos and Scielo were analyzed. Investigation suggests a change in Peruvian legislation, with a humanist character, with rules that protect them and help them formalize their migratory status, in order to access health, education and employment, with respect for their dignity and their rights. fundamental.
