This article aims to identify, systematically analyze and summarize, with a validated scientific method, the perspective of the administrative act in the undue process under the standards of ethics. It is through this analysis that it is possible to consider how ethics can influence the correct and efficient development of administrative acts that derive in a respect for the legal and legal framework that, in turn, allows proposing a more efficient legislation for future processes administrative. The methodology used was according to the analysis of the different articles related to ethics in public administration.
