The objective of this research work was to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the restitution of the bicameral system and its hermeneutic approach to effectiveness in legislative production, criticizing the unicameral system, as an optimal mechanism in the production of laws in the Peruvian Parliament. For this reason, one could not stop considering the theory of the Separation of Powers. In the same way, the bicameral system was analyzed and a critique of the unicameral system was made, thus allowing to have a broader vision of the differences and benefits that are contained in each of the aforementioned systems, as well as the favorable contributions and unfavorable that contain both conditions, showing how parliamentary work would be much more efficient and effective at the time of drafting laws, if the bicameral system is returned. The method was descriptive, qualitative of hermeneutic analysis.
