The systematic review of the literature on resilience in Peruvian companies provides valuable information for the development of effective strategies that promote business resilience. It identifies gaps and areas for improvement in current business practices and offers practical recommendations for building resilience in different types of businesses. A systematic literature review methodology based on the approach proposed by Vera (2009) was applied. For this study, exhaustive searches of studies on the analysis of resilience in Peruvian companies were carried out in various electronic databases. This review was carried out in a period between 2019 and 2023, and the PRISMA scheme was applied as a guide for the selection and analysis of studies included in the analysis. The conclusions were: Organizational resilience is essential for the survival and growth of companies in adverse situations. It implies the ability to adapt and overcome challenges, while maintaining efficient operation and the capacity for growth. To achieve this, it is necessary to implement strategies and practices that promote flexibility, innovation and responsiveness to changes in the environment. In summary, strengthening business resilience capacity is essential to face present and future challenges in the Peruvian context. Collaboration, innovation and adaptability are key elements in this process. The importance of having resilient suppliers, a strategic location and an ethical orientation in commercial relations is also highlighted.
