Public policies on disaster risk management in the agricultural sector have been investigated from the rethinking and restructuring of agricultural plans and strategies to the articulation with different issues. It is associated with different categories such as: legal framework, resilience, agricultural insurance, governance, role of women; among others. For this reason, the objective of analyzing the academic production present in Dialnet, Scielo, Scopus, Spinger, among others, at an international level from 2017 to 2022, regarding policies in disaster management in agriculture was raised. For its development, a descriptive bibliographic review with primary and secondary sources was chosen, using 47 articles and scientific-academic documents from different countries. Among the main results, it is highlighted that the most researched topic is related to the category of regulatory framework and resilience in relation to the topic. Finally, the research mentions that the agricultural sector is the most affected by disaster risks and adverse climatic events and this affects the economic factor of the population.
