The company-employee relationship has taken on great importance due to the competitiveness generated in the health sector to provide better service. The objective of this review article was to determine the new OC approaches in the Peruvian health sector to be applied in other state institutions. 35 articles obtained from the Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar were reviewed. The OC approach with the greatest applicability in health is that of Mayer and Allen, due to its variables that generate affective, normative and continuity commitments, promoting productivity and a good attitude in collaborators to achieve objectives for the common benefit. This will be achieved with the active participation of managers, promoting the affective commitment of their workers; for being the variable that will generate positive actions towards the entity.
