The objective of this research study was to determine how an eco-efficiency plan will promote environmental culture in the administrative workers of the National University of Moquegua. A quantitative approach was used, employing a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational research design. The sample consisted of 101 administrative workers of the National University of Moquegua. Questionnaires validated by three experts and Cronbach’s Alpha were used to ensure reliability. For data analysis, SPSS v.26 software was used and Spearman’s correlation coefficient was applied. The results obtained revealed a significant correlation between eco-efficiency and environmental culture in the administrative workers of the National University of Moquegua. Therefore, it is concluded that an eco-efficiency plan will promote environmental culture in the administrative staff of the National University of Moquegua.
