The objective of this research was to determine the levels of self-regulated learning (SRL) of university students in the calculus course of the Business School of a private university in Lima in 2023, through the Blended Journal (BJ) program, which consisted of the use of Learning Journals (LJ) together with explicit instructions in self-regulated learning processes (IEPAA), mediated by information and communication technologies (ICT), in an intervention carried out in 10 sessions. The study was carried out under a quantitative, applied approach and the sample consisted of 55 students (29 in the control group and 26 in the experimental group), who were administered the self-regulated learning questionnaire, translated and adapted from the self-regulation for learning online (SRL-0) questionnaire, which was validated through expert judgment and was considered reliable because it had obtained a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.927 in a previous pilot test. The statistical results allow us to affirm that the control group showed less favorable results, since both in the pre-test and post-test, the percentage of students who reached a high level of AAR was lower than that recorded in the experimental group.
