The review article aims to search or examine with published bibliographic references from a certain perspective, the Organizational Climate and its impact on labor performance within management units of healthcare service provider institutions. It recognizes itself as a study in its own right, summarizing and analyzing a careful search. Similarly, this review article finds its methodological justification in employing the scientific method in its entirety, aiming to comprehend the concept of organizational climate and its effect on effective management within organizations. In conclusion, from a social justification standpoint, this review article has allowed us to recognize that one of the most common causes of organizational failure lies in the swiftness of its organizational climate (Bernal, 2010). Within the context of a comprehensive approach, the following specific objectives are outlined: (a) identify the main perspectives used in scientific research on “organizational climate,” (b) describe the tools used to assess organizational climate and its impact on labor performance, (c) conduct an exhaustive analysis of global literature regarding the relationship between organizational climate and labor performance in management units of healthcare institutions. In conclusion, the term “organizational climate” refers to the shared disposition of an organization’s members towards their work environment, including thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This perception is shaped through interaction with both formal and informal elements of the organization, such as policies, methods, relationships, and culture, and it impacts how human resources perceive their workplace.
