The objective of the study was to propose a critical analysis of the role of justice operators in the Peruvian jungle in the crime of sexual violation against children and adolescents. The focus of attention is given to the recurrent revictimization in this type of crime, which aggravates its consequences, especially in the right to physical, psychological and emotional integrity. Based on a selective sample of case analysis, from a qualitative approach, a hermeneutic and transversal method was applied, which allowed obtaining objective and updated data. A diligent, preventive and empathetic action on the part of the competent entities can avoid further damage to the victim and banish the pernicious practice of revictimization.
