The COVID-19 pandemic led to various changes at a global level, among these, education faces one of the main challenges, which is assumed mainly by the teaching group, in this perspective, creativity was positioned as the greatest attribute relevance for the educator to be able to effectively fulfill the teaching activity in favor of the efficient learning of the students. Therefore, the study proposed as an objective to review the strategies to develop creativity in teachers, finding mainly five proactivity, analytical, planning, regulatory and progressive strategies, as the group that allows the adequate creative functioning of the teacher and hence their professional development.
