The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of the labor flexibility policy on the efficiency of SUNAFIL San Martín in the period 2020-2022 from the perspective of workers’ labor rights, a concern that arises from work and professional experience in which confirmed the conditions and situation of vulnerability in which the workers find themselves. Therefore, from a qualitative approach, basic type and grounded theory design, interview techniques were applied to experts, SUNAFIL officials and legal operators, in addition to the analysis of documentary sources. The evidence allows us to point out that the influence of the labor flexibility policy was significant in the efficiency of SUNAFIL San Martín in the period 2020-2022 since it put the economic development model first, leaving the labor rights of workers in vulnerable conditions. Thus, a proposal is formulated to strengthen the operational and functional capacities of said entity and thereby safeguard the rights of workers.
