The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of organizational learning and professional competencies in the administrative management of nurses in a hospital in Lima, 2023. The methodology was quantitative in approach, the type is described as applied, the design of this study is non-experimental with level causal correlations. The population consists of 450 named graduates and cas and the sample used was simple random probabilistic. The reliability of the variables was organizational learning with 0.991, professional competencies with 0.942 and administrative management with 0.862. The study concluded that by contrasting the general hypothesis, it has been determined that organizational learning and professional competencies, according to Nagelkerke’s Pseudo R-squared coefficient, have a 91.1% impact on the administrative management of nurses in a hospital in Lima, 2023.
