The topic of the Influence of human talent and artificial intelligence on the job performance of the worker of the Regional Government of Cusco, 2023 was addressed. Identifying that the implementation of AI at work could cause uncertainty and concern among employees, who feared being replaced by machines. However, it is recognized that human talent is a valuable resource for organizations, although its performance could be affected by the introduction of advanced technologies. The main objective of the research was to analyze the influence of human talent and AI on the work performance of the worker of the Regional Government of Cusco, identifying possible benefits and challenges in the implementation of AI in the workplace. A non-experimental and transversal design with explanatory scope was proposed. A sample of 292 workers from the Regional Government of Cusco was used, to whom a questionnaire was applied to collect data; The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results revealed that implementing AI at work brings both benefits and challenges. Technology improves efficiency and precision, freeing workers from repetitive tasks and allowing them to focus on more creative and strategic activities. However, it also generates uncertainty and concern among workers who fear losing their jobs. Despite this, it was identified that human talent continues to be a valuable resource for organizations, although its performance could be affected by the introduction of AI.
