The objective of the work was to propose regulations on food law within a conceptual guideline of non-conflict under the principle of the best interest of the child in extrajudicial conciliation procedures; that used the methodology of systematic review of sources of various authors who deal with the subject, the population was 66 and the sample was 55. The conclusion reached was that implementing a law on extrajudicial conciliation is more than a proposal a challenge to improve that when the problem is applied it is not externalized in the process that is carried out for food, since fundamental rights such as life, dignity and food must prevail.
