The primary purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of protection measures for women victims of family violence in the Family Courts of Chiclayo -2023. The methodology used was quantitative in nature, with a correlational – causal and non-experimental level; The sample was represented by 48 women victims of violence; The survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument for both study variables. The results show that 20.8% of women indicated that the effectiveness of protection measures in the Chiclayo courts is of a medium level; Likewise, in the analysis of family violence, it was found that 35.4% of the violated women indicated a medium level of violence after applying protection measures. It was concluded that protective measures are effective in reducing family violence according to the significance level of p=0.000 (p < 0.05), and according to Negelkerke’s R2, it is evident that the variability of family violence depends 56.7% on the protection measures carried out by the Chiclayo court.
