The objective of the study is to determine the influence of artificial intelligence on the management of human resources. The study is associated with the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative focus, applied type, explanatory level, non-experimental and transversal design, previously, the population was integrated by 57 administrative workers of a cargo transport service company. As a result, 15 cases were obtained, equivalent to 26% of the total responses. This shows that a portion of the participants are confident with the affirmations of artificial intelligence. Asymism, I obtained 11 cases, which represent 19% of the total responses. This shows that a considerable proportion of the participants were supported by the affirmations regarding the management of human resources. Similarity, I obtained 3 cases, which constituted 5% of the total responses. This indicates that a minority of participants are completely confident with the affirmations related to human resource management. It is concluded that we will be explaining the dependence of artificial intelligence in the management of human resources, as well as if the value of the Chi square is 162.389 and the p-value (value of significance) is equal to 0.000 compared to the statistical significance α equals 0.05 (p-value < α), which indicates that the data of the variable are not independent, this implies the dependence of one variable on the other. Consequently: artificial intelligence influences the management of human resources
