This analysis is essential to understand the distribution of opinions and attitudes within the group being studied, which underlies more detailed interpretations of the variable in the analysis. According to a total of 43 valid responses, 49% of participants showed total understanding of the need to implement the digital transformation, highlighting a solid response to this initiative. On the other hand, 28% show a clear lack of confidence, reflecting significant reserves regarding the proposed digital transformation. 23% appear neutral or indifferent, suggesting that some consider this transformation as not essential or priority in this specific context. This diversity of responses underlines the importance of considering both the apoyos and the objects in scientific and methodological investigation, concluding with a p-value of 0.000 compared to a level of significance α of 0.05 (p-value < α). These hallmarks indicate a strong association between the analyzed variables, demonstrating that there is a clear dependency of one variable with respect to the other, therefore: the development of professional skills impacts positively in the context of digital transformation.
