The aim of this study was to analyze rehabilitation programs and strategies for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. A systematic review of 23 articles published in academic databases was conducted, following the PRISMA protocol for selection and analysis. Findings revealed the predominance of inclusive educational approaches, communication interventions, and intersectoral actions, although with limitations in coverage and systematic evaluation. It was concluded that, while significant advances exist, comprehensive policies and evidence-based rehabilitation models are still required to strengthen social and educational inclusion in Latin American contexts.
