EThe study’s general objective was to determine the influence of protective measures on victims of domestic violence in the Villa María del Triunfo district. Method: It is related to the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, applied type, explanatory level, and non-experimental design. The population and sample consisted of 22 legal professionals. Results: 41% strongly agreed with these measures, recognizing their relevance in safeguarding the victims’ integrity. 23% expressed a neutral position, while 36\% strongly disagreed. This reveals that, although there is a favorable trend toward these actions, there is also a significant proportion of people who question their effectiveness. Furthermore, only 41% of participants clearly rejected these actions, correctly identifying them as acts of violence. 36% remained ambiguous, and 23% even strongly agreed, reflecting a worrying normalization or lack of awareness regarding these aggressions. Conclusions: Protective measures have a positive impact on victims of domestic violence in Villa María del Triunfo, with high statistical significance. However, their effectiveness depends on proper implementation, psychosocial support, and inter-institutional coordination. It is necessary to strengthen prevention, awareness-raising, and comprehensive support to ensure real and sustained protection for victims.
