This document presents the results of the measurement of the achievement of professional competences, in the students of the Administration Program of the National University of Trujillo. It corresponds to a study with a quantitative approach, of an applied type, of a comparative descriptive level, the design of a single box with different groups was used. 232 and 286 students registered in the 2022-10 and 2022-20 semesters respectively participated in the research, to whom the questionnaire called, competency achievement exam was applied. The results achieved in the 2022-10 semester show that the students of the 3rd cycle, the professional competence of finance, taxation, operations and supply chain are below the goals of the program, in the same way the competence of management and public and private management in the Valle Jequetepeque subsidiary, regarding the students of the 7th cycle, the professional competence of finance and taxation, are below the goals of the program, in the 2022-20 semester, show that the students of the 4th In the 8th cycle, the professional competence of operations, supply chain and public and private direction and management at the Trujillo headquarters, are below the goals of the program, for the students of the 8th cycle, the professional competences of finance and taxation of the headquarters and subsidiaries are below the goals of the program, in the same way the competence of direction and public and private management in the Huamachuco subsidiary.
