The objective of the research was to determine the municipal management proposal to improve the socio-sanitary conditions of the Province of Alto Amazonas, 2022. The research was applied, non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive and purposeful design. The population was 62,903 and the sample consisted of 190 residents and 66 municipal workers. The technique was the survey and the instrument four questionnaires. The results indicate that the characteristics of the municipal management had coincidences between the supplier and the applicant, they recognize that the municipality has personnel with capacities for the development of their activities, 73% and 41%, but they disagree regarding the achievement of goals and execution. of activities 62% and 44%. Regarding the characteristics of socio-sanitary conditions, it was noticed that the municipality does not work articulately in 29% and 45% and it was concluded that the municipal management proposal improves socio-sanitary conditions according to the judgment of experts who determined favorable and is applicable by the local government of the province of Alto Amazonas, likewise, the design of the proposal includes the strengthening of the sanitary infrastructure and other municipal services that will allow to achieve the quality of life.
