Education is a fundamental element for the development of any society, which is why the methods and mechanisms must be oriented towards its effective development. In this sense, the present investigation is based on the disagreement presented by parents of an educational institution under the administration of the Ministry of Defense in Lima, district of Santiago Surco, in relation to the methods used in the training process and the quality imparted.
