The analysis of the participatory budget (PP) process in various countries, Latin America and Peru, is presented. The research had objective of conceptualizing and reviewing the process as an instrument that seeks to promote citizen participation and fulfillment of its purposes. processes and consequences. Based on a research review of various conceptual literature of the theoretical framework, various approaches to the process were identified at the level of compliance with the PP regulations, and the inclusion of the proposals raised in the process, to analyze the results found and make a discussion, determining results in the form of its development in various countries.
