The objective was to establish the extent to which institutional educational management influences the professional performance of teachers in an educational institution with a full school day, La Mar, Ayacucho 2023. For this reason, a non-experimental design study, of a basic type, was carried out. , with a quantitative approach, at a correlational-causal level. The sample was 132 teachers, to whom two instruments were applied. The data collection technique was the survey, and the instrument was the questionnaire, with an ordinal scale. For its validity, verification of the instrument with Cronbach’s Alpha was used, obtaining a result of 0.892 for the first variable and 0.842 for the second variable. As a result, it is evident that the majority of employees of the public entity perceive that institutional educational management has a high level with 60,6%, as well as 72% rate professional performance with a high level. Concluding that institutional educational management influences the professional performance of teachers in an educational institution with a full school day, La Mar, Ayacucho 2023.
