The importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as a resource for teacher performance assessment in education across different levels ensures the processes of modernization and globalization of Educational Quality. Therefore, the objective of the present study was to carry out a bibliometric review of ICT in teacher performance in education, focusing on publications from 2019 to 2023 in the Scopus database. The main result revealed a growing interest in studying the contribution of ICT to teacher performance between 2019 and 2022, with Spain and Mexico being the countries with the greatest interest in publishing on this topic. Additionally, there is a recognized need to incorporate pedagogical proposals that integrate technological solutions, fostering significant improvements in teacher performance that ultimately impact the achievement of educational quality.
