Sexual rape is a traumatic act that can have serious consequences on the lives of the victims, especially in the case of adolescents. The review article aimed to examine the impact of sexual violation on anxiety and stress problems in adolescents. An exhaustive review of the scientific literature was carried out to identify relevant studies that addressed this topic. The technique was the review of articles and the instrument was the data collection matrix. The population and sample consisted of 16 scientific articles from the WoS, Scielo, Redalyc and other databases. The results highlight the importance of understanding and adequately addressing the psychological consequences of sexual violation at this crucial stage of adolescent development that affects her life, leading to anxiety and stress. In conclusion, post-traumatic symptomatology emerges as a central focus for evaluation and treatment, although it is highlighted that the majority of children and adolescents evaluated did not present significant symptoms. However, the importance of surveillance and attention to this symptomatology is emphasized as an integral part of care.
