The research seeks to determine if there is influence between institutional capacity and budget for results in Cusco 2023 learning achievements program, a qualitative research study with a causal correlational design. In this sense, a review of articles inform us about research carried out in different countries has been carried out. Structuring studies in three dimensions 1.- Institutional capacity, 2.- Budget for results 3.- Learning achievements, the purpose of this review is to promote studies that delve into the topic.
