The objective of this research was to evaluate influence of emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships to promote harmonious school coexistence in Peruvian schools. The research was quantitative, empirical, explanatory, transectional, since qualitative variables were quantified, which explained the effect of emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships on school coexistence in Peruvian schools, through the one-time collection of data from the primary sources. The findings of the study highlight the relevance of developing emotional intelligence and strengthening interpersonal relationships between teachers to improve school coexistence. It is concluded intelligence and interpersonal relationships are crucial factors to create a harmonious school coexistence.
