Conditional cash transfer programs are programs that have been implemented in more than 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, in order to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable population through a direct monetary contribution to the beneficiary family in exchange for meets certain conditions, the main objective being the intergenerational break in poverty, for which it focuses on improving the health and education conditions of sons and daughters. The systematic review of studies related to the impact on education and health in children through the Prisma method has shown us that both objectives have not very clear results, that is, with everything contributed, positive impacts should be achieved, but this is not achieved and if it is achieved, they are not substantial or clear improvements, due to the dispersion in the objectives and the methodology to achieve the proposed goals, to this is added the human factor of the beneficiary families and above all the involvement of the institutions responsible for health and education in coordination with the program. A prompt reengineering of the programs is required where they respond effectively to the needs and reality of the beneficiary families, as well as a necessary inter-institutional coordination to achieve better results.
