The study aimed to determine the influence of artificial intelligence on public management in Lima, 2024. Using a quantitative, applied-type approach and causal correlational level, with a non-experimental design and cross-section, a non-probabilistic sample of 120 administrative workers was analyzed. The results revealed that, in relation to the independent variable “Artificial Intelligence”, 41% “Totally disagreed” and 43% “Totally agreed”, indicating an equal distribution with a slight inclination towards total agreement. For the dependent variable “Public Management”, 26% “Totally disagreed” and 43% “Totally agreed”, showing a balanced trend, but with a tendency towards total agreement. The significance of 0.000 underlines a significant influence of AI on public management in Lima, supporting the alternative hypothesis. The study confirms that AI has a significant impact on public management, with a Nagelkerke coefficient of 90.1%, which demonstrates a high explanatory capacity. AI improves administrative efficiency by optimizing processes and reducing costs, corroborating previous findings.
