The object of study of the research is knowledge management and digital literacy of teachers in two private educational institutions. This research presents a quantitative approach, substantive type, descriptive level, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational design. The hypothetical-deductive method was used. The sample consisted of 110 teachers who were selected by means of non-probabilistic convenience sampling and who in turn were administered the following questionnaires: measurement of knowledge management and digital literacy in teachers. These instruments were validated by experts. A pilot test was conducted to determine the consistency of each of them through Cronbach’s alpha, resulting in .939 for the first variable and .979 for the second variable. The results were that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. This is due to Spearman’s Rho = .913 and p = .000 (p < 0.01). It is concluded that knowledge management is necessary for the good integral and professional development of teachers working in the institution and this is significantly complemented by digital literacy due to the updating in terms of ICTs.
