To determine the relationship between the integrated management system and the profitability of microenterprises in Metropolitan Lima. The approach was quantitative, applied, correlational level, non-experimental design, the population consisted of 105 microenterprises in Metropolitan Lima, and worked with a census sample, considering the entire population, that is, the 105 microenterprises. 51% of the legal representatives of microenterprises strongly disagree with the implementation of the integrated management system, evidencing a low formalization of processes, standards, environmental controls and safety practices in their operations. Likewise, 49% of respondents perceive low profitability in their microenterprises, reflecting dissatisfaction with profits, limited financial sustainability and weak perceived value by customers, which compromises their growth and permanence in the market. The study confirms that IMS implementation has a high and significant positive correlation with profitability (ρ = 0.816) in microenterprises in Metropolitan Lima, highlighting quality management (ρ = 0.887) and occupational safety (ρ = 0.860) as key dimensions. Its adoption boosts efficiency, financial sustainability, and improves business competitiveness.
